Return Policy

RETURNS FOR ONLINE SALES

  • Laree Boutique will exchange or refund non-sale items received back to Laree Boutique within 14 days of the order ship date. All goods returned must be unworn, in the same condition in which it was received and tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags, will not be accepted.

  • Shoes must be unworn and in the original undamaged box.

  • Lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, hats, fragrance or any apothecary items are all final sales. No exceptions.

  • All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a defect in the product, please notify orders@lareeboutique.com within 24 hours of receiving.

  • All SALE items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • All returns must be registered with our customer service department, orders@lareeboutique.com. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. *Please note the RA# on the outside of box*

  • A return authorization number is a preliminary return management measure. Please note that a return authorization number does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing garment tags, or otherwise not in its original condition.

  • If the purchase is eligible for a return/exchange, we will include a return form in the package. When shipping back the item, please make sure the return form is completely filled out and in the return package, as well as the receipt of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON LAREEBOUTIQUE.COM CANNOT BE RETURNED IN THE LAREE BOUTIQUE STORE. ITEMS PURCHASED AT THE LAREE BOUTIQUE STORE MUST BE RETURNED IN-STORE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR RETURN POLICY.


CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding any shipping fees. Once your package has been received at Laree Boutique, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account, when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they received the refund request from lareeboutique.com

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Lareeboutique.com side, or the item was faulty or damaged, the customer will be fully reimbursed.

Please note that Lareeboutique.com does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Lareeboutique.com will not refund international taxes or duties. For more information on reclaiming international taxes or duties, please contact your local customs bureau.

EXCHANGES

Due to the select nature of our merchandise, Laree Boutique cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact orders@lareeboutique.com for exchange assistance.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Laree Boutique does not offer price adjustments.

PRICE MATCH

Laree Boutique will match the price of both sale and non sale items on other websites. Please email us the price prior to the purchase, it will not be adjustable if found after the purchase. Simply email us the link at orders@lareeboutique.com and we will adjust your price. The exact style, color, and size MUST be available at the lower price when submitting the request. Style must be represented on a website in the United States sold in US dollars.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELATION

Once your online order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled or altered in anyway.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Are nonrefundable and a credit card must be taken for 50% deposit at the time of order placement.

IN STORE RETURNS

All regular price in-store purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase.


  • Sale items are final sales

  • Jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, hats, fragrance or any apothecary items are final sale

  • Item must be in the original condition, unworn, and all original tags attached


GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift, at regular price, you may exchange the item or receive a store credit. Your store credit is valid for one year and will be applied to your next purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to the sometimes lengthy delivery and customs time for international orders, we must require that RETURN AUTHORIZATION requests be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. International returns must be received within seven business days from issuance of return authorization. Return shipping for all international orders is the responsibility of the customer and we strongly suggest the purchase of insurance for the full value of any return merchandise, in addition to delivery confirmation and order tracking.
